This policy explains what Sara Bigley Inc Realty collects when you use sarabigleyrealtor.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.
Who we are
Sara Bigley Inc Realty is a real estate brokerage serving Aubrey, Denton, and the greater Dallas and Fort Worth area. This policy covers our website at sarabigleyrealtor.com. It does not cover other websites we link to.
What we collect
Information you give us
Several pages on this site have forms: the home valuation request, the buyer and seller guide downloads, and the contact form. When you fill one out, you choose what to send us. Depending on the form, that is typically:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- A property address, if you are asking what your home is worth
- Anything you write in a message field
You do not have to use a form at all. You are always welcome to just call.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the time you viewed them. We use this only to keep the site running, secure, and fast. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site — which pages get viewed, how people arrived, and general device and location information. It does not tell us who you are personally. We use it to see what is working on the site, not to track you individually or sell advertising.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Some of the third party services below may also set cookies of their own when their content loads on a page. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, and the site will still work if you do, though analytics measurement will be less accurate.
Third party services we use
A few parts of this site are provided by outside companies. When their content loads, they may receive your IP address and basic technical information, and anything you deliberately submit to them.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
- Google Analytics provides aggregate visitor and traffic statistics.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) powers the forms on this site and delivers what you submit to our customer records so we can follow up with you.
- ReputationHub supplies the client review widget on our Reviews page.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site is set in.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy, and we would encourage you to read them if you want the detail.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to do the thing you asked us to do, and to follow up about it. In practice that means:
- Answering your question or returning your call
- Sending you the guide or home valuation you requested
- Talking with you about buying, selling, building, investing, or protesting your property taxes
- Staying in touch about your search or your listing while you are working with us
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will stop.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not hand your contact details to unrelated companies so they can market to you.
We may share your information with people who help us serve you, such as a lender, title company, inspector, or contractor, but only when it is part of what you have asked us to help with. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number or email address, you are agreeing that we may contact you there about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from replying to something you asked us directly.
How long we keep it
We hold on to your information for as long as we need it to help you, and after that for as long as real estate record keeping rules require. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents and residents of other states may have specific rights along these lines. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and the services we rely on encrypt data in transit. That said, no website or internet transmission is ever completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Children
This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Links to other sites
Where we link out to another website, that site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
